BAUSCH & LOMB FUNGAL EYE INFECTIONS

On April 10th, eye care product maker Bausch & Lomb announced that they will stop shipping their popular contact lens cleaning solution known as the ReNu contact lens solution. The stoppage is due to an epidemic of reports of a rare and serious fungal eye infection tied to the ReNu contact lens cleaning solution.
FDA spokesman Daniel Schultz, has stated that there is a very high association between the Bausch & Lomb ReNu Moisture Loc product and the fungal infection.
The fungal infection is known as Fungal Keratitis. Fungal Keratitis is a serious eye infection that can penetrate through the entire depth of the cornea. The infection can require prolonged drug therapy with anti-fungal agents such as Amphotericin B, Natamrycin and Nystatn. If medication is not accessible and the eye is significantly damaged, surgery is necessary to remove fungal ulcers or lesions.
Symptoms of Fungal Keratitis include eye pain, decrease in vision, light hypersensitivity and eye discomfort.
If you or a member of your family has any of these conditions above and has taken Zyprexa, then you may qualify for a class action claim. Thousands of people have already filed claims.
Because pharmaceutical companies are marketing a dangerous product, they have liability, similar to how Ford had liability for selling a dangerous car like the Pinto. This means that Zyprexa victims and their families have the right to file a claim for compensation for these illnesses.
In America today there are thousands of class actions and billions of dollars in unclaimed monies available for victims. If you have been wronged by a major corporation, you may be entitled to compensation.
Our service is a service to help individual victims and their families find updated information and help through our network of class action attorneys. If you qualify, help may just be a click away.
If you believe you have been wronged, take action to protect your rights.
