Major Recoveries
- Crane Accident
Tom O'Brien, formerly of Cornwall New York, was the victim of a crane accident. He was operating the machinery when it tipped over. Instead of abandoning his machine, O'Brien stayed inside and maneuvered the crane so that it did not tip over into a busy street, saving many lives. O'Brien had to have his leg amputated. Zeccola & Selinger fought to get O'Brien $3,500,000.00
- Product Liability
Charles Frank, of Highland Mills New York, was the victim of a faulty lawn mower. As he was mowing the lawn, the riding mower flipped over and caught on fire. Frank was serverely burned from the flames. Zeccola & Selinger were able to get Frank $1,000,000 for his ordeal.
- Wrongul Death
A New York City man was the victim of a DWI. He was killed because of another's negligence. Zeccola & Selinger recovered $1,500,000 for the lost of this man's life and was able to comfort his family in their time of need.

Frank Zeccola has been practicing
in trial law for over thirty (30) years. As an Assistant District Attorney Kings County, he prosecuted numerous homicide cases
before taking a position as chief trial counsel for the Orange
County District Attorney's Office in 1975.
